Core service areas for CNHV include Health & Medical Services, Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), Surface & Underwater Range Clearance, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Executive Briefing Teams, Training, Exercise Support, Computer Facilities, and Emergency Management Services.Primary FocusThe Project Manager (ENM - CTO Government Management Liaison, Project Coordinator, Agreements Facilitator) manages key networking projects, especially the liaison and coordination between DS/CTO and IRM/ENM, the coordination of networking projects and the facilitation of interagency agreements while understanding and maintaining Department of State processes as part of a team.Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of projects, leading a team on significant projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects
Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
Provide analysis and long / short-range plans for technology selection, development, maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources
Provide conduit for discussions/collaboration between government and contract staff management across bureau's / agencies
Provide fiscal inputs relative to resources and procurement (transport, network devices, maintenance)
Coordinate/facilitate compilation of agreements (MOU's, SLA's etc.) relative to the work between bureau's / agencies
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Networking Certifications a plus
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plus
Bachelor's Degree - Information or Computer Systems a plus
Experience handling multiple projects at once
Experience taking over management of projects at different levels of completion
Significant experience with government management engagement
Top Secret Clearance required.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
Shall have the requisite skills, expertise, and experience to perform the requirements of each task. Must be extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
Must have excellent skills using Microsoft and Google Suite Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and be able to learn new software as the situation dictates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good working skills in Remedy trouble ticketing and asset management system.
Previous working experience at DoS is desirable, but not required
