DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program. This role is multi-faceted and in you will do many things, such as:
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Review status of projects; manage schedules and prepare status reports
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develop schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participate in and establish program plan requirements, and monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that objectives are met
Perform assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives
Recommend changes to team policies
Develop solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures and practices.
Work under only general direction; independently determine and develop approach to solutions
Plan schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives
Represent organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Qualifications
Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
Minimum of 5 years of relevant intel experience
Strong interpersonal skills, tact and judgement are required
Ability to manage a small and diverse team
A proven ability to work independently without oversight on task completion, coordinating with customer stakeholders as needed
Technical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving experience
Bachelor's Degree
