We invest in developing great people we love to work with, building trust with great customers we love to work for, and innovating great solutions for work we love to do. As the Small & Disadvantaged Business Compliance specialist, you will source, evaluate, on-board, monitor, and report on small and disadvantaged business (SDB) compliance for Fortune 50 companies and U.S. Government clients.You’llgain hands-on experience working with business development and other cross-functional teams, playing a key role in our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Evaluating Suppliers:

Find,evaluateand implement automated tools and software toidentifyand source potential small and disadvantaged business suppliers that align with the company’s service offerings and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate suppliers based on financial stability, character,capacity, and performance history to ensure they meet project and client needs.

Collaborate with business development and operational units to align sourcing strategies with company growth initiatives.

On-Boarding and Supplier Integration:

Support the on-boarding process for new small and disadvantaged business suppliers, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete andaccurate.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate suppliers into projects efficiently and align them with operational needs.

Ensure suppliers understand andcomply withcommercial requirements and federal regulations.

Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor supplier performance using automated tracking systems, conducting audits, site visits, and performance evaluations.

Validate and analyze compliance data accurately, ensuring reports reflect the true status of the program.

Prepare compliance reports and present findings to commercial clients, federal agencies, and internal teams.

Program and Event Management:

Organize procurement events, including supplier diversity workshops and networking sessions, to engage and support small and disadvantaged businesses.

Manage the compliance program, ensuring alignment with business development goals and operational needs.

Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to maximize opportunities for small and disadvantaged businesses.

Regulatory Compliance and Knowledge Sharing:

Stayup-to-dateon federal regulations (e.g., SBA, FAR, DFARS) and commercial client requirements related to small and disadvantaged businessutilization.

Act as a resource for colleagues by providing guidance and training on SDB compliance and procurement processes.

Engage with clients and agencies to resolve compliance issues and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or similar discipline with 0-2+ years of experience.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.

Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Abilities:

Exposure to computer screens for an extendedperiod of time.

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

Have finger dexterityin order tomanipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
