ASM Global – Tysons, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Production Coordinator at Capital One Hall. Under general direction of the production manager team the Production Coordinator serves as a production support team member for Capital One Hall. Duties will include assisting the Production Managers with advancing events with clients, creating estimates, managing employee payroll and time sheets, prepping day-of-show documents such as schedules, sign in sheets, credentials, helping to maintain employee-facing calendars and distributing info to crew. This position will also include advancing hospitality and catering needs for all ticketed shows, coordinating with tours on preferred backstage items, substitutions, etc. A working knowledge of general stagecraft is required and prior experience with video, theatrical lighting systems and sound is preferred.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
