  • Summary Serves as an ASI (General Aviation Maintenance or General Aviation Avionics), FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) Program Manager at the Washington FSDO. Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for justifying and recommending new or amended aviation safety procedures, managing, establishing, implementing, and coordinating the airworthiness portion of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) FAASTeam program primarily within assigned field office geographic area but may provide FAASTeam program support outside assigned field offices area as directed.
