Account Executive

Your Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join a new team focused on new logos. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by selling our cutting-edge Business Intelligence software solutions to organizations looking to leverage data analytics.  Your focus will be on identifying key decision-makers, understanding their data needs, and providing tailored solutions that empower them to make informed decisions. In-Office Position: At Strategy, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days with Fridays as work-from-home. Your Focus: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Aggressively target and identify potential new logos. Generate new business leads through cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects who are seeking advanced BI solutions. Identify and properly qualify business opportunities. Solution Selling: Engage with C-level executives, data analysts, and key stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs. Present and demonstrate the value of our BI software. Customize and adapt sales pitches to align with the specific challenges and opportunities in the market. Deal Management & Closing: Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring that deals are profitable and aligned with company goals. Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure.   Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals with high-potential clients. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our BI solutions continue to meet the market's evolving needs. Contribute to the development of tailored sales strategies. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales engineering and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software. Report on sales progress and market developments to senior management, offering strategic recommendations for growth.
