Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Requirements - Well-founded grasp of Answering Inbound Calls

Wide ranging experience with Assist Visitors

Practical knowledge of Outgoing Mail Packages

Foundational knowledge in Answering Inbound Calls

Conference Rooms experience

Earlier work involving Direct Visitors

Proven knowledge of Professionally Answer

Previous experience working with Direct Visitors

Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience highly desired

Skills in Directs Visitors

General familiarity with Mail Packages

Good understanding of Assist Visitors

Receptionist Duties experience

Conference room setup & cleanup experience

Quality experience with Switch Board

1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

2+ years of experience
