Overview To provide a variety of administrative, compliance, budgetary and/or logistical support functions for the Talent Acquisition team in support of daily operations. Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely, and accurate serviceResponsibilities

Assist with the hiring process by create job postings that are accurate, engaging, and compliant with HR EEOC standards and AAP regulations, sort resumes, maintain applicant tracking system, and prepare reports

Schedule initial phone screenings, coordinate on-site interviews and travel arrangements for candidates, verify employment, education, references, and credit eligibility

Maintain hardcopy and/or computer based files and records

Collect, prepare, and maintain data for analysis, reports and reference

Complete data entry in automated systems; may generate reports

Review new hire paperwork and work with candidates to resolve discrepancies

Research and evaluate operational issues, inquiries and/or complaints, identify areas of improvement; determine solutions; implement enhancements/changes to improve operations, standards and results

Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field, or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training

Working knowledge of Navy Federal's functions, philosophy, operations, and organizational objectives
