Description Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Manager that is focused, eager, and experienced for an immediate opening at a dynamic, progressive company. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. You will establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration
Review and analyze balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
Work alongside FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
General familiarity with depreciation
Asset Additions experience preferred
Job Cost experience desired
Deep understanding of asset accounting
Well-founded grasp of Fixed Asset Inventory
Fixed Asset Accounting experience
Practical knowledge of Depreciation Schedule
Proven knowledge of Fixed Asset Additions
Quality experience with ASC 842
Command of project accounting
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
Solid technical skills
