Description We are in search of a Financial Project Analyst to join our Health Pharm/Biotech team located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to our financial and business objectives by ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting on projects and expenses. You will work cross-functionally with our operations and accounting team, handling time and expenses, revenue, and invoicing. Responsibilities Conduct timely and precise financial analysis and reporting on projects and expenses. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align project reporting with client contracts and company objectives. Perform time and expense reconciliations, review expense reimbursements, and maintain project budget information within project management systems. Monitor outstanding receivables, maintain regular communication with clients, and engage client relationship managers to address and pursue aged receivables. Support the development and maintenance of financial models used in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Prepare and analyze aging reports to support cash flow management and forecast future revenue. Assist in variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide support to other members of the Finance team, including assisting with audits and compliance tasks. Respond to ad hoc report requests and provide data analysis to various stakeholders as required.Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and a related degree Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in CRM software utilization Experience in auditing processes Familiarity with forecasting and modeling Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes Experience in managing accounts receivable (AR) Must live in the Virginia Beach or surrounding area to work on site 3 days per weekRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
