Branch Operation Manager

The Branch Operations Manager works with the Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams commercial paint store. This includes supporting all aspects of store operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety. This role will assist in supervising and training store staff and be responsible for contacting customers to generate sales leads. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE 1 year of academic study above the high school level may be substituted for each 9 months of experience. Substitution of 1 year for 1 year in those instances where co-op experience is required of a student as part of the program study. AND 1 YEAR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE Progressive experience which provided background in merchandise controls inventory stock record keeping and reports exempt or non-exempt supervisory experience merchandise display and retail promotions or experience in the area of customer relations in an effort to improve sales and maintain operating cost efficiencies.
