Receive and send written business correspondence

You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Receive and place telephone calls

Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Strong customer service and office administrative skills

Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

Administrative Assistance experience

Proficiency in SAP

Customer service experience required

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

2+ years of past relevant experience
