Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is critical to supporting various electrical engineering functions including planning and execution of projects related to commercial and government facilities. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of related experience in electrical design and project execution with either commercial or government facilities. This is a hybrid role, where the candidate will be expected to report into the office three days per week. The salary for this role ranges from $80,000-140,000 depending on experience level and knowledge.Key responsibilities include:Assessing electrical capacity and developing solutions to meet customer needs.Providing support in various electrical engineering roles, including electrical design for system upgrades and new installations.Designing electrical systems for both small and large-scale electrical upgrades and equipment replacements.Spending 80% of time in a "behind the desk" setting, with 20% in the field for assessments, surveys, and data gathering.Bringing insights from field assessments back to the office for proposal development.Developing detailed project proposals and technical solutions for various electrical projects.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
