Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Non-Profit industry, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role involves various administrative and customer service tasks, including answering multi-line phone systems and providing concierge services. Responsibilities: Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications. Utilizing various software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and customer record maintenance. Providing administrative assistance to various teams and departments. Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly. Organizing files and customer records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval. Managing the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately. Offering concierge services to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on account status. Utilizing interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders effectively. Ensuring all tasks and operations comply with industry standards and organizational policies. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in administrative assistance or related field Ability to handle multi-line phone system effectively Familiarity with concierge services, providing high-quality customer service Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proficiency in data entry tasks and organizing files Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
