Flexibility to work eastern or central time zone business hours.Position Specific details: The Pharmacist Program Manager will develop, implement, and support pharmacy initiatives for population with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) to improve overall health outcomes and efficiency of services. Evidence-based and data informed initiatives include but are not limited to medication therapy management, support care collaboration and coordination, medication monitoring and adherence, optimize medication regimens, enhance member engagement, support continuity of care for individuals with SMI.The Pharmacist Program Manager – Whole Health/Behavioral Health is responsible for serving as the primary contact for a specific pharmacy program which may be assigned by geographic location, business unit, or functional area.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Design, implement and oversee pharmacy programs for the populations we serve.

Manages both internal and external stakeholder communications for assigned area.

Ensures the proper reaction to and resolution of issues concerning the pharmacy program.

Position requirements:

Requires a registered pharmacist and minimum of 2 years of managed care pharmacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Current state license to practice pharmacy as a RPH required.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of current health care and managed care pharmacy practices strongly preferred.

Professional designation preferred.

Knowledge of Psychopharmacology; demonstrated experience in this area strongly preferred.

Ability to manage and analyze data.

Ability to design and implement programs.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Ability to interface with providers and individuals/members.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $118,880 to $178,320Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
