Prospecting & Lead Generation (your #1 priority)Identify and reach out to commercial, nonprofit, government, and enterprise prospectsBuild pipeline through outreach, networking, and follow-upOpen doors and get us into the right conversations2. Presentations, Pitches & DiscoveryLead compelling discovery callsPresent capabilities clearly and confidentlyHelp clients understand our creative approach3. Proposal, Scoping & Deal ManagementCollaborate with owners/producers to scope projectsPrepare proposals and estimatesNegotiate budgets and termsClose deals ethically and effectively4. Government & Public-Sector OpportunitiesMonitor relevant RFPsQualify which are worth pursuingSupport submissions (you won’t do them alone)5. Client Relationship BuildingMaintain communication early onEnsure smooth handoff to productionIdentify upsell and ongoing opportunities Light Strategic Input (Not Marketing Ownership)You won't run marketing — but your insights matter.
