Oversee planning and where appropriate lead strategic HGS pursuits providing market expertise, guidance, and instruction to the Lead Pursuit Partner / Lead Member Firm to ensure our greatest chance of success

Collaborate closely with HGS leaders and strategic focus on executing key elements of the HGS market strategies set out by the Global HGS leads and ratified by the Global Head of Markets in order to achieve our global market share and revenue goals

Work closely with GMS Tech leadership in driving KPMG LINK Go market approach and narrative across all relevant modules

Lead and drive key initiatives to promote HGS and Tech knowledge and adoption across the sales force within the GMS global network

Partner with HGS leaders to create and deliver external marketing campaigns, to strengthen the KPMG brand across GMS HGS offerings

Enforce our professional approach to pursuits, promoting best practices and ensuring that where applicable we bring the best of KPMG, people, technology, and service offerings regardless of location

Qualifications:

Minimum six years of recent experience with markets activities and commercial aspects of the GMS service line

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent diploma in a business discipline or relevant field

Proven experience in leading and managing large scale global engagements / projects; team management experience

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a strategic mindset

Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders

Interested in operating in a pre-defined yet flexible process, to drive the right behaviors and achieve the best outcome for the global GMS practice
