We are building an exciting, new business in this space and are seeking a Sr. Shipper Success Manager (SSM) to support the launch and implementation of new shippers and ongoing success of existing shippers. Senior SSMs work closely with shippers and internal teams to guide deployments and ensure that our solutions are successfully adopted. The ideal candidate will have experience developing internal and external customer relationships and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets. Check out this video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=en5YqrtBGvY&feature=youtu.beKey job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities Liaise directly with external shippers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ logistics processes and systems to ensure we can provide a viable solution that meets their goals with Amazon. Consult with active shippers to identify areas for expansion, cost savings, and operational efficiencies. Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics. Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions. Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks). Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical teams. Collaborate and influence key internal Amazon stakeholders.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

5+ years of program or project management experience

5+ years of supply chain experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

Experience presenting to senior leadership

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
