Locus is looking for an experienced barista with stellar customer service skills for a second Cafe location in Barkley, opening in March-April
Hires MUST BE WILLING TO:
Have at least 1+ years of experience in making coffee and 2+ years in serving
Multitask in a high speed in environment
Be willing to learn how to put together and cook cafe items in a quick oven when ordered by customers
Ability to maneuver up and down stairs to the catering kitchen
Detailed and thorough POS handling
Able to work well with others and take constructive criticism
Be open to change. This is a new location, hence things in operations and day to day will most likely change to optimize productivity
Be a people person. We need someone who loves people and can conversate while getting their job done efficiently with quality

Be available M-F 630 am - 3 pm
Be available to train at our Downtown location with open availability starting as soon as possible.
