We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality driven individual to take initiative in making our operation even better. This is a large role with a high level of commitment; a fantastic learning opportunity for the right person trying to make a career in the restaurant world. We are looking for someone who can see a problem, figure out the solution, and then apply it to the restaurant and the staff.
No one on our team is above doing the dirty work and a huge role of the General Manager is to take care of whatever needs attention whether that be people management, staying late to catch us up on prep, re-working open/close lists, doing dishes, setting up new systems to encourage efficiency, hiring and training, working with ownership on growth opportunities, ensuring staff are happy and supported, cleaning, etc a bit of everything with two very simple goals to accomplish:
1) Ensure smooth operations
2) Make positive contributions
