Under the immediate to general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or General Manager, these employees are responsible for maintaining Snowater common areas, buildings, facilities, grounds, and timeshare apartments. This three level position series is distinguished by the amount of supervision required, knowledge, skills, and abilities (SKA) level, and lead responsibility. Employees are placed in each level based on the needs of the Snowater Association (SA) and the employee’s level of proficiency, as determined by management.
