We are a local Company that specializes in installing Roofing and Siding for residential and commercial customers. Qualified candidates must have the desire to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task efficiently. This person must be friendly and have excellent customer service/telephone skills. Must have at least 1 year of experience with Quickbooks Premier Contractor Edition, Excel, Word, and Outlook programs.
Responsibilities will include:
Invoicing
Answer all incoming phone calls and email and relay messages to the proper person(s)
Set up all job files
Copy all correspondence for job folders
Assemble and maintain new hire employee packets
Maintain all office supplies and forms
Maintain Website and all Social Media sites (Facebook, Google, Etc.)
Update all Insurance Policies as needed
Update and renew all advertising
Track commissions
File as needed
Assist any/all office personnel with special tasks as assigned
This is a full time position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30. Compensation includes: competitive wages, medical benefits (after 90 days), and paid time off (after 1 year)
