As the Client Service Project Manager, you will be a member of the IntelliSpace Project Management team, within the Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) business unit, which provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems. By enabling intelligent decision-making and improving clinical pathways, we will lead to better clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across the health continuum.Your role:

Creating and communicating statement of work and project plans, while coordinating with customer project managers and other Philips project managers on cross modality projects.

Clearly and effectively communicating to and receiving information from different departments, external customers, field partners and other areas of the business.

Documenting and distributing information appropriately to facilitate project flow and appropriately escalating any project concerns to appropriate personnel.

Maintaining excellent customer service skills through ongoing training and development, while acting as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries and communicates information.

Functioning as an active member of the team and providing leadership and guidance to junior team members, by sharing knowledge and experience to resolve customer issues.

Personally, owning the customer experience as a resource to the goals of the team, taking ownership and works with manager on development planning.

Providing a positive, cohesive company image when discussing the company, products, and management decisions, etc., with customers and field partners.

The ability to travel domestically up to 30%, via car and air is an essential function of this role.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing Cardiology, Radiology or Healthcare Informatics software

PMP or ITIL Certification (required)

Knowledge of network topology; network security (Firewalls, VPN, etc.)

Knowledge in DICOM configuration/conformance and PACS servers and client server configuration

Working knowledge of MS Office/Windows (XP, 7, Server 2008 & 2012) and CRM applications

High performing team mentality, with ability to establish and maintain effective relationships

Strong communication with the ability to lead, organize, present and conduct customer project reviews

Capacity to handle multiple simultaneous demands and prioritizes work with minimal supervision

MCSA or MCITP (MS Certified IT Professional) in Windows Server 2008 (preferred)

Knowledge of virtualization, hardware scalability and availability (preferred)

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
