Must be proficient at the following:
-Operating heavy equipment such as but not limited to Grader, Dozer, Loader, Scraper
-Five years' experience operating Grade equipment
-Municipal Road Reconstruct
-New construction (Subdivision)
-Infrastructure upgrade
-Reading and interrupting plans and specs
-Complete understanding of all types of heavy equipment utilized in road and utility construction
-Experienced in Mass excavation, sub grading, compaction, gravel processing and placement, capable of operating 3 or more pieces of equipment at optimum production and efficiency while safely working around teammates and traffic
-Strong knowledge of grading practices Old school and New school
-Able to help on pipe crews and or other related operations
-Often leads teams of 3 or more in completing tasks, acts as alternate Foreman for short duration projects,
-Five years in employment in this capacity
Must be proficient in reading plans and specs
-GPS experience a plus
