Description Robert Half is partnering with a healthcare company for a Contracts Specialist to join their team!This role is fully remote, and about a 7-month contract.Key Duties
Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors for the company and their subsidiaries
Provide the Contracts Dept. status updates on contracts
Work closely with stakeholders, executives, legal team, IT dept and procurement advising risk and developing mitigation
Requirements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in managing the full contracts lifecycle (drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating)
Previous experience with vendor, SAAS, and healthcare contracts preferred
The salary range for this position on contract is $28-35/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
