Office Coordinator - John L Scott, Port Townsend

Qualifications:
* Able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
* Detail oriented.
* Friendly, and comfortable working with people.
* Works well independently.
* Good problem analysis, assessment and communication skills.
* Judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent planning, organizing, time and work management.
* Knowledge of clerical procedures and practices.
* Comfortable with & learning new skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, & Access.
* Some experience with a multi-line phone system a plus, but not required.
* Interest or experience in the field of real estate and property management a plus!
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
* Organizing & coordinating office procedures & operations for efficiency & effectiveness.
* Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory and equipment.
* Handle customer inquiries.
* Answer and direct incoming calls
* Greet clients and vendors.
* Maintain company general email.
* Post and prepare outgoing mail; distribute all incoming mail.
* Keep lobby and conference room areas clean and free of clutter.
* Provide property management related support.
* Maintain listings through NWMLS website.
* Keep track of computer maintenance issues and report to management.
* Support with bi-monthly staff meeting.
* Marketing support with Ad Management and Sponsorship's.
* Other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16-$20/hr. DOE
