We are looking to engage an independent accountant to handle our monthly and quarterly closing, including: accruals, ledger preparation and reconciliation, bank and credit card reconciliations, preparation and reporting/submission of quarterly taxes, calculations for employee bonuses, inventory reconciliations, accruals and participation in monthly financial meetings via Microsoft Teams with the business owners and manager, preparing year-end W2s and 1099s, and carrying out various other related tasks as directed for our three small businesses. This is a remote contract role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential, and familiarity with Order Time Inventory Software would be advantageous. The workload will fluctuate monthly, but historically has been from 11 to 17 hours of work each month.
