Accounting/Admin Assistant
Our Franchisee Office in Fife, WA is currently seeking an Accounting/Admin. Assistant . We are a dynamic, rapidly growing organization and currently run over 100 Restaurants for 4 different concepts in Washington, California, Oregon and Utah with a positive and vibrant office culture. Pay depends on Qualifications and Experience.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Assistance to Accounting Supervisors and Managers
Post and pay vendor invoices. Provide Vendor co-ordination and help to Stores. Set up new Vendors.
Verify and file credit card expense receipts.
Review and reconcile daily Sales reports.
Processing of various accounting and Excel reports.
Data entry, Scanning of financial documents into our electronic filing system and filing.
Other Accounting and Administrative Duties to follow as the position grows
Qualifications:
1-3 years of Accounting/Administrative experience.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Office 365 proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Intacct Accounting system a strong plus.
Administrative experience with Business Licenses, Vendor relations a plus.
Proactive and enthusiastic demeanor
Attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter and energetic; ability to work as a team member.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
