We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist. Accounting software experience in Sage SSO and Sage 100 is very helpful. Must be proficient in Excel.
This team member will be responsible for all time and material billing and bid billings, setting up new clients, processing contracts and other paperwork. Monitoring aging reports and reporting to Finance Director any issues.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Setting up new clients in Sage
Process documents
T&M computing, ensuring all billing is accurate prior to going to the client
Preparing progress bid billings
Monitoring aging reports and reporting issues
Job close-out procedures
Filing

Position pays $33.65-$40.38 an hour
