AP Clerk / Administrative Assistant – Construction Office (Mill Creek, WA)
Pacific Building Envelope, Inc. (PBE) is a leading exterior renovation contractor specializing in occupied condo and apartment projects throughout the Puget Sound area. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated AP Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at our main office in Mill Creek.

What You’ll Do
Enter and process accounts payable invoices and obtain approvals.
Assist with payroll and other HR duties.
Assist with project setup (files, notices, postings).
Help create and manage project websites that update homeowners on job progress.
Answer phones and direct homeowner or vendor inquiries.
Contact suppliers and vendors for quotes and information.
Support project managers with cost tracking, tool inventories, and closeout binders.
Assist with marketing, website updates, and social media.
General office duties and administrative support for management.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or administrative support.
Proficient in QuickBooks Contractor Edition.
Experience in the Bills.com preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
Experience in the construction industry preferred.
Organized, reliable, and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
Friendly team player with great communication skills.
Pay & Benefits
$62,000 – $73,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
