Job Summary:

- The Billing Coordinator is part of the Finance team that supports ETS’ mission through billing and coding of medical claims.

- This position also supports day-to-day functions of certain accounting processes to ensure timely closing by importing clinic revenue into our accounting software.

- The position is remote/hybrid (occasional in office meetings) the location is at ETS’ South Sound Clinic and Renton clinics, and the days and hours are M-F, flexible hours between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM (clinic hours are between 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)

- The salary range for this position is DOE $25.96-27.40/hr. ($54,000 - $57,000/annually). ETS strives to achieve pay equity and transparency as part of our goal to create an equitable workplace.

What you bring to this role – Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with databases, ACCESS, and SQL and EMR (electronic medical record) are preferred.

- Experience in the behavioral sciences, accounting or healthcare / medical is desired, however previous experience with drug

abuse treatment is not required. Working knowledge of commercial, Medicaid and Medicare medical billing preferred.
