We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is full-time, but we are also open to a part-time remote arrangement for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process invoices, payments, and payroll
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Support job costing, budgeting, and project tracking
Work with management to provide financial insights and reporting
Qualifications:
Previous bookkeeping experience (construction industry a plus)
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Familiarity with construction billing, vendor payments, and subcontractor compliance preferred
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
