We are a national bookkeeping firm based in Bellevue, Washington and opening a HQ2 in NOVA or Maryland; We work with about 300 small business clients across the country, mostly in tech and services. We leverage technology, some internal and some off the shelf, to deliver high-quality, high-touch services to our clients who are early-stage and many are angel investor funded.
As a bookkeeper, you will need to manage multiple clients' needs on weekly and monthly deadlines. You will be the main point of contact but backed up by our team locally and outsourced.
We have had success hiring parents who drop kids off before 9 a.m. and pick them up after 2 p.m. and want to do some bookkeeping work during the day to pass the time and make money in a professional environment. We pride ourselves in supporting each other to make that mid-day PTA meeting while making the clients feel like their accounting team is just a text or email away.
Experience Required:
-Quickbooks online

-Gusto
-Experience with financial statements
-experience closing books
This is a part-time to Full-time position with 20-30 hours per week starting.
