Entry Level Tax Preparer and staff accountant needed for a growing Certified Public Accounting firm in the Renton Highlands. We are currently hiring for this full-time in office position.

This position requires:
2+ years 1040 Tax Prep Experience
2+ years Public Accounting experience - college degree in accounting a plus
Credentials a plus (EA, CPA)
QuickBooks Online – prefer QBO Pro Advisor, QB Desktop experience a plus
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Monthly and Quarterly Compliance Tax filings for multiple businesses
Annual 1099 and 1096 Transmittal filing
General Journal entries
Strong English grammar and spelling skills – Bi-lingual a plus
This is a full-time position. This is not a working remote position. This will involve Saturdays during the tax season and may involve overtime. All functions of this job support client work and aiding senior tax preparers in their ability to complete client work in a timely manner. January – April, our office is open 6 days a week. May – December, we work 4 days a week 10-hour days.
