JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data entry through collective data from client
Interview client by using MULTISERVICIOS’ prefer tax software
Assist and/or work with clients on service needed
Assist and/or work with Administrator and/or assigned staff
Answer telephone
Schedule Appointments
Filing through scanning
Assist in organization of office
Operates and maintains office and office equipment
Clerical duties as needed
Any other job-related duties.
QUALIFICATION:
Bi-lingual, Spanish/English, besides speaking fluently, needs to be efficient in reading and writing.
At least with some College Education
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Adaptability on changes
Able to learn new software
Office experience
Detailed Oriented individual
Clerical skill and multi-task individual
