We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic hotel team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily operations and success of our establishment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
May need to work on some evenings and weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations including usual front desk duties
Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist in budget management and financial reporting
Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
