We are looking for an Administration Assistant & Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and type with a high speed and very low error rate. Will also be responsible for additional administrative duties such as reception work, copying, scanning, filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail, research projects, etc. Is a possible PT or FT position depending on the candidate. This position pivots between various tasks frequently so the ideal candidate will be highly organized and have keen attention to detail. This position is M – F during core business hours, but we can be very flexible with scheduling or hours worked for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Transfer data from paper formats into computer
Type in data provided exactly as it appears on the paper documents
Create and/or use basic spreadsheets for tracking of metrics
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data.
Scan & upload the paper documents into the database, and verify before destruction of documents
Administrative duties as needed
Requirements
Solid typing skills
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and similar
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
