Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at the ARCADE Gaming Center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and customer service, ensuring a fun and engaging environment for all guests. This role involves interacting with customers, maintaining arcade equipment, and creating a memorable experience for visitors of all ages.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they enter the gaming center, providing information about games and promotions.
Monitor arcade games and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly; troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game center.
Facilitate game tournaments or special events to enhance customer engagement.
Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring a secure environment for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Basic troubleshooting skills for arcade machines; willingness to learn more advanced maintenance techniques is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
A passion for gaming and an understanding of various arcade games is highly desirable.
