Eastlake Mailbox/Coworking Eastlake is an established local business providing mailboxes rental and coworking space to customer since 2008. We are the neighborhood’s go-to store for mailing/shipping needs, providing services like mailbox rental including IPostal1 digital mailbox service, shipping (DHL/FedEx/USPS), packaging, key duplication, faxing, copying.
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join the team

The Customer Service Representative delivers great customer service to customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machine, and point of sales devices. Provide customers with accurate information on our array of products, services, and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices. All while having fun too!
The ideal candidate has some retail sales experience, outgoing, good computer and internet skills, friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. A fast learner with attention to details.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Sorting and insert incoming mail item to designed mailbox
Using app/software to insert mail item in digital mailbox and perform tasks by following the instructions
Operating Point of Sale system and handle cashier register and basic computer software, and operating equipment like printers, key cutting equipment etc.
Process mailing / shipping tasks per customer’s request
Assist customer on shipping /packaging / fax / print
Greeting customer, able to communicate with walk-in customer and answer customer’s inquiries by phone or email in profession and effective way
Open and close store by following standard procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Able to lift 30 lbs box occasionally
Perform duties as assigned.
Starting wage: 21 to 22 / hour;
