Automotive Service Writer
We are a busy automotive repair shop looking for a TEAM member service writer.

Must have automotive service writing experience and be a person of integrity.

Managing client communications is the chief responsibility. You are responsible for greeting our customers. This interaction is with long term and possible new clients and a very important function.
Create work orders, estimates and order parts online and over the phone
Distribute work orders and parts to technicians
Proficient in computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize new programs. Tekmetric experience a huge plus!
Arrange appointments Schedule follow-up appointments.
Must show initiative, be self-motivated and manage time well.
Outgoing personality!
Be dependable and reliable!
Possess good listening skills.
Ability to speak tactfully under pressure.
Possess a basic understanding of the mechanical functions of an automobile.
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Pass background check
This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
No weekend work or late nights!
