Our Service Advisors have a 68% closing ratio with a $900 average Repair Order, loaner vehicles to make it easier for customers to say yes, and talented technicians with a shop efficiency of 135% and ongoing training that Service Advisors and Technicians need. For 29 years, we have been the premier Service Center for repairing European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles. 4 years or more as a Service Advisor. European experience would be great but not required.
