We are a locally owned company in need of a front desk representative, we are a team of 10.
WCAG has been open since 2012. We have an excellent reputation, we work with popular dealerships and local insurance agents, many new and returning customers.

This position will require you to start sharply at 8:30am, we need someone who is good with customers and can think quickly on their feet. You will have back up from two other coworkers who you are training and working alongside with. You will have to be professional in appearance and mannerism. Your main duties will be answering phones, checking customers in and out, setting up insurance claims or providing estimates, ordering parts, and helping with paperwork for scheduled appointments. This role will require someone with great attention to detail, able to multitask, organized, and handle a fast pace environment. Basic computer skills are a must. Self-starter who can handle and solve customer issues, able to adapt to change and problem solving. You must be willing to learn our software (GLASPAC), handle multiple phone lines to do conference calls, and coordinate schedules with technicians.
We would prefer candidates with experience in an office setting, knowledge on auto insurance, but we are willing to train the right person!
