The projected hours for this position (24 – 30 Hours per week) will begin Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm and depending on the individual’s ability to learn and grow, this position may/will evolve into a full-time position. This position is perfect for a parent with little ones looking for something to do while the children are in school or a college student wanting to get acclimated in an office environment.
Job duties:
Maintain and update contractor Bid Schedules
Monitor Crew Schedules and Daily Work Orders
Data Entry (invoices, vendor bills and payroll)
Insurance Certificates for clients
Monitor emails between the company and clients
Assistance with internet marketing
Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft Office
Willing to learn new systems and procedures
