Main responsibilities;
Provide introductory information to prospective & new customers
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling inquiries
Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they're satisfied with services
Informing patrons about additional products or services that might benefit them
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer's questions
Escalating queries & concerns when necessary
Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
Interpersonal & customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
Analytical & problem solving skills to diagnose problems & recommend effective solutions
Multitasking & organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
Active listening & communication skills
Time management skills to respond to customer calls, emails promptly
Answer multiple phone lines professionally
Work well by yourself & as a part of a team
Prior experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or Construction a plus
