SUMMARY

Entry level of customer service work but all levels of experience will be considered. Learn, maintain, and model an exceptional customer experience. Receive inquiries from customers and follow established procedures to provide answers or refer calls to appropriate staff. Typical questions are focused on order status, product information, account status, pricing, product, or service. Follows established procedures and has readily available supervision. This position is a steppingstone for potential for growth within the department and within our organization. A positive fun attitude with a strong focus on team building is essential for this role. May grow into a full-time role.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Input data and retrieve data from Epicor, e.g., customer orders, customer information; Respond to customer emails; Respond to customer phone calls and order inquiries; Follow up on quotes; Monitor website orders; Help problem solve shipping, production, and invoicing issues; Performs other duties as required; Qualify companies for lead generation; Transfer leads to Sales Team

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SPECIALIZED TRAINING REQUIRED Outstanding phone etiquette; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to multitask and handle difficult situations; Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills; Excellent data entry speed and accuracy; Problem solving skills; Basic math skills; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Customer service and/or inside sales experience; Human anatomy knowledge helpful; Medical terminology knowledge helpful; PRL product knowledge helpful
