In office, customer service position for State Farm insurance agency located in Kirkland. Full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., no weekends, no nights and no holidays.
Position includes working with current and potential clients answering their billing questions, taking payments, assisting them with claims, researching and following up on client questions. Mainly over the phone and via email and text. This is a service position, not sales.
Must be able to pass a background check and the office is located on a non-smoking property.
Pay is hourly and depends on experience. Prior experience is not required as training is provided. Please email if interested.
