We are a high-end full-service dental lab based out of Tukwila and we are looking for a customer service agent who wants to turn a customer service job into a true career with real career development potential in a professional and respectful working environment. Dental Offices are much nicer clients than regular business-to-consumer customers and so you will find your interactions with them to be much more pleasant in general. To work in this position, you will need to have willingness to learn about our products and services and how to go about selling in this industry but, for the right candidate we can provide excellent training and support to set you up for success.
We are a well-regarded dental lab experiencing solid growth and we are looking forward to increase that expansion in 2024 and beyond. Once you prove yourself to us, there will be many options for you as we expand. In the meantime, from day one, you will be provided with a good base, training and appreciation for what you bring to the table.
