Position Overview
As a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, many of whom are returning clients familiar with our reputation for excellence. Your role will involve answering inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and providing accurate product and service recommendations. You will also be responsible for generating estimates and coordinating with an experienced representative to schedule jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Inbound Calls: Answer and respond to incoming calls from prospective and returning customers.
Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their needs, define the required products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare and provide accurate estimates based on the customer's requirements.
Job Scheduling: Collaborate with an experienced representative to schedule services and ensure timely completion.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, estimates, and job details in our system.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products and services to customers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Attention to Detail: Precision in preparing estimates and recording information.
Teamwork: Ability to work closely with others to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn our internal systems.
