I'm looking for a patient and easy going after school pickup and nanny for my 13 year old son. He is pretty independent so this would be a great job for a student who wants to fit in some study time.
Hours are Monday 3-5:30, Tues 1:30-5:30, Weds, Thurs, Friday, 3-5.
You will pick him up at school in the Udistrict and hang out with him at home in Maple Leaf, and on Tuesdays take him to an appointment in Westlake from 2-3 and then back home. He will sometimes do his own thing so it is pretty relaxed, with some light housekeeping tasks here and there.
He is super interested in Pokemon, Aviation, Public transit, Legos, and crafting (for which he occasionally needs a 2nd pair of hands to help with a project). If you happen to play Pokemon go he would love to someone to play with.
Requirements:
-Reliable car and clean driving record
-Previous child care experience
-Patient and empathetic! Our son is neurodivergent and has some challenges with anxiety so he needs a calm caretaker.
