We approach engineering a little differently than other firms because we see the role of civil engineer becoming the role of project leader and overall manager due to the complicated nature of civil engineering. We are no longer supporting members, we are project leaders.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering projects, manage a team of engineers, oversee other team members and ensure the successful delivery of design projects. Ours is a tight-knit team and you can expect to work on quality projects you can be proud of.

Duties:
- Lead and manage projects with on-site engineers to achieve project goals
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Help to pursue projects that fit the companies culture and goals
- Communicate directly with clients, team members and jurisdictions
Requirements:
- Professional Engineering license in the State of Washington
- Proven experience in civil engineering
- Knowledge and recent experience permitting site development and plat projects in Western Washington jurisdictions
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Proficiency in WWHM and other stormwater-related software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
